All Sacred Heart Catholic School families must create an account on www.holy-bites.com, even if they do not plan on purchasing school lunches. Moreover, they are required to fill out information, such as who their children are, what grade they are in, if they have any allergies, and their billing information. Any newly diagnosed or found allergies must be reported immediately to Holy Bites.
A reminder to place the lunch order for the following month will be sent out on the third Friday of each month. The lunch order must be completed by 11:59 PM CST on the last Friday of each month. For example, In July 2025, the third Friday is the 19th and the last Friday of the month is the 25th. A reminder will go out on the 19th, and orders should be placed by 11:59 PM CST on July 25th.
Each lunch is sold separately; parents are able to choose what days of the month they want to purchase a lunch. Please note that there is no obligation to purchase every lunch each month.
Any student of any grade may purchase any size lunch (Pre-K3 to 2nd, 3rd to 8th or Extra). However, only 6th-8th graders may purchase the Salad Bar option.
Parents may purchase a lunch for themselves when they visit their children at lunch time.
Cupcakes for birthdays will be offered for purchase on www.holy-bites.com Orders must be placed along with the month’s lunch order by 11:59 PM on the last Friday of the month before the child’s birthday. It’s customary that the student who is celebrating their own birthday shares a cupcake with every student in their class; however, many students decide to share with everyone in their grade. It is up to the parents to decide if they want to purchase one cupcake for every student in their child’s class or grade. Moreover, if parents decide to purchase cupcakes from Holy Bites, parents must purchase at least one cupcake per student in their child’s class or grade. Nevertheless, parents are welcome to bring their own cupcakes or treats on their child’s birthday.
Two flavors of cupcakes will be offered: vanilla and chocolate. The design flavor and design will be chosen when the order is placed. If a parent wants to provide a particular themed cupcake topper, they may do so one week (or more) before the cupcakes will be served. Please contact Holy Bites to make arrangements.
Holy Bites is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the ingestion of any food items or drinks consumed at school but not prepared and served by us. For example, we are not responsible for food or drinks served in the classroom by the teacher, served by the PTO at a special event, shared by a friend at lunch, or a birthday treat not provided by us.
If a student is absent or has to leave the school before their lunch period, and their parent(s) had purchased a lunch for that day, their lunch will be available for pick up at the front office between 10 AM to 12 PM. Lunches that were not picked up by 12 PM will be donated and the money will not be refunded.
If a student does not bring lunch to school on any given day when they are expected to bring lunch, Holy Bites will provide a lunch for them; parents will be charged the cost of that lunch (the portion will be provided according to the student’s grade) as well as an additional $ 2.00 fee. Parents will receive an invoice and are expected to pay for the meal by the end of the following week. If a child receives a lunch from Holy Bites because they did not bring their lunch to school on any given day and they have an allergic reaction to an allergen in the school lunch that their parents did not previously report, Holy Bites is not responsible for any harm the allergic reaction caused to the child and their family.
In the case of an unexpected school day closure or partial school day closure, Holy Bites does not guarantee that lunch will be served. Parents who ordered lunch for their children will not be refunded and the meal will not be replaced.

Any situation or issue related with Sacred Heart School’s lunch program or the website www.holy-bites.com must be addressed directly with Holy Bites management.
Holy Bites will not share or sell any costumer’s credit card or private information with third parties except Sacred Heart Catholic School – Conroe, Texas. This will only be done if a family incurs debt to Holy Bites.
Holy Bites may share details about student allergies with the school nurse, and the school nurse may share details about student allergies Holy Bites.
Holy Bites may request to see a doctor’s note to confirm student allergies.
